Does creatine create hair loss?
I'm thinking of starting creatine but I've heard some conflicting information about it causing hair loss. Does creatine create hair loss, or is that just a rumor that goes around the gym?

At my age, my hair is leaving me anyway, creatine or no creatine! Honestly, there is no solid proof that it causes hair loss. It might slightly increase DHT, but unless you already have male pattern baldness in your family, you don't need to worry.
Hair fall is mostly due to stress, bad water, or genetics, not because of a simple supplement. Focus on eating a high-protein diet with amla and curry leaves, and wash your hair with clean water. Don't worry about creatine.
