Does coffee make your hair fall out?

I've been noticing a lot more hair in my brush recently, and it's making me quite worried. My aunt mentioned that her excessive coffee intake used to make her hair fall out. Can coffee really make your hair fall out?

Don't worry at all! ☕️ Moderate coffee doesn't cause hair fall. In fact, many hair masks actually use coffee powder to stimulate hair growth! Just stay happy and stress-free! 🌟

No bro, coffee doesn't cause hair fall. I drink three cups a day and my hair is perfectly fine. Check your water quality, shampoo, or genetics instead of blaming your daily coffee.

With my PCOS, hair thinning is a big concern. Coffee itself doesn't cause hair loss, but high caffeine can sometimes raise stress levels or mess with your sleep, which indirectly impacts hair health. I stick to one cup a day just to be safe.

Haan yaar, normal coffee pine se hair fall nahi hota. Par haan, agar zyada coffee pine se sleep kharab ho rahi hai aur stress badh raha hai, toh hair fall ho sakta hai na. Toh limit mein hi piyo.

Normal coffee drinking is absolutely fine for hair, ho na. Hair fall is usually due to monsoon weather, iron deficiency, or stress. Don't worry, enjoying your morning cup won't make you lose hair.
