Does cod liver oil have vitamin'd?

My recent blood test showed I'm low on Vitamin D, and the doctor suggested supplements. I heard that cod liver oil is a good source. Does it actually contain Vitamin 'D'?

I totally get how stressful it is to worry about vitamin deficiencies! Yes, cod liver oil is actually a great natural source of Vitamin D. It really helped ease my anxiety once I started managing my bone health properly with my doctor's help.

Yes, it contains Vitamin D, but please remember it is derived from fish. If you follow a strict vegetarian diet like me, you might want to look for vegan Vitamin D3 supplements made from lichen instead.

Yes, it does! Honestly, with my terrible sleep schedule and zero sunlight exposure, I probably need a whole bucket of cod liver oil. It's a solid way to get some Vitamin D when you live like a nocturnal creature.

It can be so overwhelming when you are feeling low and trying to find out what's missing in your body. Yes, cod liver oil has Vitamin D. Please be gentle with yourself and discuss with a doctor to find the right dosage for you.

Yes, it has Vitamin D, but the amount might not be enough if you have a severe deficiency. It is much safer to get a simple Vitamin D3 blood test done first and let your doctor prescribe the exact dose you need.
