Does celsius cause hair loss?

I've noticed my hair thinning quite a bit lately, and I can't pinpoint why. I started drinking Celsius regularly for energy a few months back. Does Celsius cause hair loss, or should I be looking at other reasons?

Honestly, I was so scared about this when I started drinking Celsius before my workouts. But after reading up, it doesn't directly cause hair loss at all. Just make sure you are eating enough protein and vitamins, because general stress and diet gaps affect hair much more.

I totally get why you are anxious, even I start searching the internet the moment I see a few extra hair strands in my comb. But there is no proof that Celsius causes hair fall. Sometimes our anxiety itself causes the hair loss, so please take a deep breath and relax.

In most cases, hair fall is related to iron deficiency, thyroid levels, or hard water. Celsius has some vitamins and a lot of caffeine, which doesn't damage hair roots. If you are losing a lot of hair, get a simple blood test done rather than blaming the drink.

I went through a bad hair fall phase last year and was doubting my pre-workout drinks too. Turns out, it was just a lack of proper sleep and nutritional gaps. I stopped obsessing over these drinks, started taking a basic biotin supplement my doctor gave, and my hair came back fine.

Don't trust random theories on internet forums saying this drink or that ingredient causes baldness. Hair loss is a complex issue and depends on your genetics and scalp health. Better to visit a dermatologist who can actually look at your scalp and tell you the real reason.
