Does cantu make your hair fall out?

I recently started using Cantu products for my curly hair, and I've noticed a bit more hair fall than usual. My friends swear by this brand, so I'm a little confused. Could it actually be making my hair fall out, or is it just a coincidence?

Honestly, don't stress too much about it! I used Cantu for months and my hair actually loved the heavy moisture, though some people say it built up too much on their scalp. If you feel it's causing hairfall, just stop using it for a couple of weeks and see if it stops.

In my long experience, heavy foreign creams and thick hair products often don't suit our Indian hair types. I remember trying so many trendy things years ago only to face massive hairfall. Simply stick to basic washing and don't overload your scalp with heavy chemicals.

My mother always tells me to use pure coconut oil instead of these heavy styling creams, saying they ruin the roots. However, I went to my dermatologist recently and he explained that Cantu is just too heavy for fine hair and can cause breakage. I'd suggest consulting a skin specialist first before changing your whole routine.

When my hairfall started getting bad, I stopped guessing and went straight to Apollo to consult a proper trichologist. They told me that heavy shea butter products like Cantu can block scalp pores in some people, leading to shedding. It is always better to ask your doctor directly instead of experimenting.

Listen, don't panic. Products like Cantu are very thick and if you don't wash them out properly, they build up and cause hair to break from the roots. Just switch to a mild, clarifying shampoo for a few washes to clean your scalp, and you'll see a difference. I'm here if you need more help, okay?

Why spend so much on expensive imported creams like Cantu that might not even suit our weather? If you are facing hairfall, just wash your hair regularly with a simple shampoo and avoid heavy leave-in creams altogether. Keeping your scalp clean and oil-free is the easiest way to stop hair fall without spending extra money.

I tried all these curly hair creams including Cantu and honestly, my hair started falling out in clumps due to the heavy buildup. I switched back to a simple aloe vera gel and amla-shikakai wash at home, which saved my hair. Sometimes our scalp just needs to breathe without these heavy commercial products.
