Does calmi ring work for weight loss?

I saw an advertisement for something called a 'Calmi Ring' that claims to help with weight loss. It sounds a bit too good to be true. Does this 'Calmi Ring' actually work for weight loss, or is it a gimmick?

Please don't fall for these shortcut gadgets like acupuncture rings. I once ignored my rising weight and metabolic issues, thinking simple home tricks would solve it, and ended up with severe health complications. Go get a proper blood test and consult a doctor.

There is absolutely no scientific evidence showing acupressure rings cause weight loss. I asked my endocrinologist about these magnetic devices, and she clearly said they are marketing gimmicks. Real weight loss requires a sustained caloric deficit and metabolic management.

I totally get it, when you are struggling to lose weight, you want to try anything that promises to make it easier. But honestly, these rings don't work and will just waste your money. Don't be too hard on yourself, real progress takes time.

I was seeing many ads for this ring on social media and was thinking of buying it. But does acupressure really not help with appetite at all? I am a bit confused if I should spend my pocket money on this.

If a ring on my finger could burn calories, I would be wearing ten of them by now! Honestly, I am too tired from night shifts to believe these ads. Only my late-night green tea and cutting sugar seems to do anything, and even that is a struggle.

Instead of buying a calmi ring, invest that money in a basic fitness band. Tracking your daily steps and logging your food on an app gives you actual, data-backed results. I lost 8 kg just by tracking my daily active calories.
