Does boka toothpaste heal cavities?

I saw an ad for Boka toothpaste claiming it can heal cavities. It sounds too good to be true, but my dentist appointments are so expensive. Can Boka toothpaste really heal cavities or is it just for prevention?

If a toothpaste could heal deep cavities, dentists would be out of business by now! It might help prevent new ones or fix microscopic surface wear, but don't expect it to magically plug a hole in your tooth. Go get it filled before it starts hurting.

My grandmother used to suggest clove oil for every tooth pain, but we must face reality. While Boka has nano-hydroxyapatite which strengthens enamel, it cannot physically heal a deep cavity once it has already formed. You should definitely visit a dentist for a proper filling.

Dental pain and the anxiety of dental treatments can be so overwhelming, I totally understand why you're looking for a painless way to heal it at home. But trying to cure a cavity with toothpaste usually just delays the inevitable. Please take care and see a dentist soon.

I panicked so much when I saw a tiny black spot on my molar and ordered all these expensive remineralizing toothpastes. Honestly, they only protect your enamel from future decay. The dentist told me it was just a surface stain and nothing to worry about, so relax and get it checked.

No toothpaste can reverse a proper cavity once the tooth structure is damaged, beta. I tried many expensive brands over the years but finally had to get root canals. Don't waste time on these fancy claims, go to a good dentist and get it treated.

I used Boka for six months hoping it would fix my sensitive tooth and a small cavity. It definitely helped with the sensitivity big time, but the cavity stayed the same. Had to go to the clinic and get it filled eventually.
