Does bloodwork show arthritis?

Lately, I've been having a lot of joint pain, especially in my hands and knees. My friend suggested it could be arthritis. Can blood tests tell if someone has arthritis or not?

My joints used to ache after heavy food trips! Blood tests can check for inflammatory markers like uric acid or RA factor. Still, enjoy your food but do get tested if the pain is regular.

Yes, my wife had bad knee pain and the doctor in town did a blood test to check for gout and arthritis. It is very helpful, you should also visit a doctor soon.

Blood tests definitely help detect markers like CRP and ESR for inflammation. Along with medicine, switching to an anti-inflammatory vegetarian diet with turmeric can help manage joint pain.

Don't stress about joint pain. A simple blood test like ESR or RA factor will help the doctor find the cause. Just get it done and we will figure out the next steps together.

Yes, blood work is used to check for specific antibodies. If your results allow, continuing with light daily walks helps keep the joints lubricated and mobile.
