Does bleaching hair cause hair loss?

I love bleaching my hair for a new look, but lately, I've noticed a lot more hair fall. I'm starting to worry if bleaching my hair is causing this hair loss.

Bro, I bleached my hair blonde last semester and it literally felt like straw. It didn't fall from the roots but the breakage was crazy, so be ready for that.

My trichologist explained that bleaching damages the protein structure of your hair shaft, leading to severe breakage. It doesn't cause root hair loss unless the chemicals burn your scalp.

Yes, it damages hair if done cheaply. Go to a high-end salon where they use good plex treatments to protect the hair bonds, and you'll be fine.

Why use these strong chemicals on your hair? It is better to use natural amla and bhringraj oil to keep your hair strong and naturally healthy.

Absolutely, bleaching causes massive dryness and snapping. Make sure to use a good deep-conditioning hair mask every week if you decide to go ahead.
