Does biotin stop hair loss?

My hair fall has become quite severe recently, and I'm looking for anything that can help. My friend said biotin is very effective. Does biotin stop hair loss completely, or just reduce it?

I started eating eggs and spinach daily instead of relying on chemical biotin pills, and honestly, my hair feels much happier. Plus, egg bhurji tastes way better than swallowing a bland capsule every single morning!

It can definitely help make your hair stronger and less prone to breakage! Just don't expect overnight magic. Keep your diet balanced and give it at least 2-3 months to show results. 👍

When my doctor was adjusting my high blood pressure meds, he noticed my hair was thinning and warned me against random self-medication with biotin. Often, stress and poor circulation are the main culprits. Get a regular checkup first to see what your body actually needs.

I don't have time for multi-step hair routines, so I tried biotin tablets. Honestly, they only make a minor difference. If you have intense hair fall, skip wasting weeks on supplements and book a quick appointment with a dermatologist to get a targeted treatment.

I had severe hair thinning post-pregnancy and used biotin. It helps with texture and prevents easy breakage, but it will not stop hair fall if it is caused by hormonal imbalance or iron deficiency. Fix your ferritin levels and scalp hygiene alongside taking any vitamins.

Try doing a weekly amla and curry leaf hair mask, it works wonders naturally. Biotin tablets might help, but if you are seeing bald spots or sudden huge clumps of hair coming out, please don't wait and see a skin doctor immediately.

Biotin didn't do anything for my receding hairline, bro. It only made my beard grow a bit faster. If you're losing hair because of male pattern baldness, biotin won't save it; you need to see a doctor for proper clinical solutions.

I am thinking of starting biotin because my hair is falling out in clumps, and it is making me so nervous. But I heard it can cause painful cystic acne. Did anyone here face bad breakouts after taking it?
