Does batiste cause hair loss?

I use Batiste dry shampoo quite often, sometimes a few times a week. Lately, I've noticed more hair coming out when I brush it. I'm worried if using Batiste could be contributing to hair loss. Is this a known side effect?

I used Batiste dry shampoo almost daily during my busy college days and noticed a lot of scalp buildup and thinning. Once I stopped using it and went back to normal washing, my hair slowly recovered. That is just what happened to me.

Our hair is a reflection of our inner peace and health. While dry shampoos like Batiste are convenient, using them too often can clog the scalp and affect hair health. Let your hair breathe naturally, eat well, and stay positive.

Haan, if you use it daily without washing your hair properly, it will definitely cause hair fall na. The powder buildup blocks the pores on your scalp. Use it once in a while during emergencies, but don't make it a daily habit.

My mother always says to wash hair with natural hibiscus leaves, but in city life, we use products like Batiste. When I faced heavy hair fall, my doctor explained that chemical buildup on the scalp can weaken follicles. I stopped using dry shampoo and my hair is much better now.

Dry shampoos like Batiste are safe when used occasionally, but frequent use leads to starch buildup and scalp inflammation, which can cause temporary shedding. For chronic hair loss, it is best to visit a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis.

These modern spray powders only cover up the oil and ruin the hair roots over time. In our times, we washed hair with reetha and shikakai to keep it clean. Try to wash your hair with water and mild cleansers instead of using chemical sprays.
