As a person who lives for butter chicken, I tried ACV thinking I could eat anything and still lose weight. Trust me, it doesn't work that way! You still have to control the food cravings, otherwise the vinegar is just a sour drink.

Don't stress too much about these trendy fitness drinks, buddy! ACV is highly overrated and definitely won't melt fat overnight. Just focus on sleeping well, eating decent meals, and you'll see progress naturally.

I used to panic about my weight and bought three bottles of organic ACV, drinking it till my throat burned. Later, I realized weight loss is just a slow process of eating less oil and sugar. Once I accepted that, I lost 8 kgs normal and healthy way.

ACV can slightly help with insulin sensitivity, but it's only about 5% of the equation. The other 95% is your daily calorie deficit, protein intake, and lifting weights or staying active. Focus on those fundamentals first.

From what I've seen, people often get severe acidity and throat irritation from taking ACV daily. It has no proven direct fat-burning properties. If you still want to try it, dilute one teaspoon in a large glass of water, but don't expect miracles.

Our bodies are beautiful temples and we must treat them with love and patience. Do not force sour things into it hoping for quick changes. Stay positive, keep your mind calm, eat clean food, and take care of your health naturally.

I always prefer natural kitchen ingredients like ginger or lemon water over supplements, but ACV has to be used carefully. If your weight gain is sudden or accompanied by severe fatigue, please see a doctor rather than trying home tips, as it could be a hormonal issue.
