Does anti dandruff shampoo help hair growth?

Nahi bhaiya, dandruff shampoo se baal lambe nahi hote. Woh toh bas rusi saaf karne ke liye hota hai. Agar baal badhane hain toh ghar pe thoda sarson ka tel lagao aur achha khana khao, usse fayda milega.

Don't waste money on expensive premium anti-dandruff shampoos expecting hair growth. Rather, save that budget for a basic blood test like Vitamin D3 and B12, which usually cost around 1000 rupees. Finding the actual root cause of hair fall is much more cost-effective in the long run.

Actually, I also thought using Head & Shoulders daily would fix my hair fall, but it just made my hair super rough, yaar. It only helps if your dandruff is stopping new hair from coming out. For real growth, we need a better diet and sleep, honestly.
