Does almased really work for weight loss?

I've been seeing ads for Almased shakes for weight loss, and they promise quick results. I'm a bit skeptical about these things. Does Almased really work for weight loss, or is it just another fad diet?

Haan, weight loss shake toh hai, but iska taste sabko pasand nahi aata na. It can help if you use it as a meal replacement properly, but long-term toh healthy diet aur exercise hi kaam aati hai, honestly.

These foreign protein powders are very expensive for middle-class budgets. You can easily get similar results by eating simple home-cooked high-protein foods like paneer, dal, and boiled chana without spending so much.

I used Almased for a month during my cutting phase. It definitely suppresses hunger and helps you drop some quick water weight, but once you stop it, the weight comes back if your normal diet is trash.

With my thyroid issue, I tried many weight loss powders including this one, but they didn't work well until my hormone levels were balanced. Please get your thyroid and blood sugar levels checked by a doctor before starting any meal replacements.

I am a bit hesitant to try these heavy meal replacement shakes because of my sensitive stomach. Does Almased cause any bloating or gas issues when you first start drinking it?

I feel that replacing natural meals with processed powders is not the right way to nourish our bodies. Practicing slow yoga and mindful eating of seasonal, local fruits and vegetables brings a much more peaceful and lasting weight loss.
