Does alcohol affect kidneys or liver?

After a night out, I sometimes feel a bit off, and my friends always joke about my liver. But what about kidneys? Does alcohol specifically affect kidneys or liver more, or both equally, in terms of damage?

Yes, it absolutely affects both deeply. My son had some liver swelling issues last year, and the doctor explained how even small amounts of alcohol can strain these organs. It is always better to limit it completely or cut it out to keep their future safe.

Haan na, both get damaged bad if we drink regularly. Liver has to process everything and kidneys filter the blood, so double load falls on them. Thoda control rakhna hi padta hai, safety first ho na.

As someone managing diabetes, I can tell you alcohol is a double disaster. It messes up your blood sugar levels and puts immense pressure on your kidneys and liver, which are already working extra hard. Be very careful with what you consume.

Please don't take this lightly because I suffered from liver inflammation and fluid retention due to past drinking habits. If you are feeling any pain, fatigue, or dark urine, please consult a good doctor immediately for blood tests. Prevention is way better than hospitalization.

Haan yaar, heavy drinking directly impacts your liver first, and then kidneys also suffer. Dono interconnected hain na body mein. It is best to keep it very social or skip it entirely if you want to avoid future drama.

I totally get it, sometimes we just want to relax but worry about what it is doing inside our body. It really does put stress on both the liver and kidneys over time. Take care of yourself and try reducing the frequency, your body will thank you.

Bhai, our liver and kidneys are not a service center that can get spare parts easily! They bear all our weekend party sins silently until they cant. Give them a break sometimes, water is still the best drink on earth.
