Do zero sugar drinks cause weight gain?

Trying to manage my weight and opted for zero-sugar soft drinks. However, I've heard some conflicting information that even these can lead to weight gain. Is it possible that zero-sugar drinks still contribute to weight gain?

Honestly, they don't have calories so they won't directly make you gain weight! But sometimes they make you crave sweet stuff later, so just watch out for that extra snacking. I have diet cola occasionally and it’s been totally fine for my fitness journey! 👍

Haan na, technically zero calories matlab weight nahi badhna chahiye. But actually main jab bhi zero sugar drinks leta hoon, mera craving thoda badh jata hai. It's better to stick to nimbu paani or simple water if you can manage.

Bro, i drink diet drinks all the time during exams and haven't put on any weight. Just dont use it as an excuse to eat a double cheese burger with it thinking you saved calories! Keep it balanced and u are good to go.

I switched to zero sugar sodas last month but I feel like my stomach feels more bloated now. Does anyone else feel like their appetite actually went up after starting these? I'm honestly so confused if it's helping or making things worse.

Haan bilkul, direct weight toh nahi badhega insey because calories toh zero hi hain na. Par artificial sweeteners pet ke liye hamesha acche nahi hote. Kabhi kabhi chalta hai par iski aadat mat lagao yaar, normal paani best hai.
