Do weight loss pills work as well as injections?

I've heard a lot about both weight loss pills and injections. I'm wondering which method is more effective. Do weight loss pills work as well as injections, or are injections generally considered more potent?

In my experience, no. I tried weight loss pills for three months and barely lost 1 kg, but when my doctor prescribed clinical injections for my metabolic issues, the difference was huge. However, the injections also had more side effects like mild nausea.

Both options are very expensive and come with their own set of health risks. Instead of spending thousands on pills or injections, try reducing your commercial refined oil and sugar intake. Simple home changes are much safer and permanent.

Haan na, both sound so scary to use. My doctor said injections are stronger but they cost too much money, and pills often don't work well at all. Better to stick to our simple home food and daily walking, no?

Pills are mostly trash honestly, they just make you lose water weight. Injections are much more powerful because they actually change your hunger hormones, but they are insanely expensive. Better to just grind in the gym if you can.

Injections definitely have a stronger physiological effect on appetite suppression compared to pills. But from a fitness perspective, unless you build solid eating habits and do basic weight training, you will lose a lot of muscle on both, which ruins your metabolism.

Medical data shows that FDA-approved injections have a much higher weight loss efficacy compared to oral pills. However, neither will work if you are eating at a calorie surplus. You must treat them as medical tools, not magic solutions.

Please don't jump into these heavy medical treatments out of frustration. Both pills and injections put a lot of load on your internal organs. Let's take a deep breath, review your current diet, and consult a good endocrinologist first.

As someone who takes insulin, I know how carefully these hormonal treatments must be managed. Injections like GLP-1 agonists work differently than pills and can severely impact your blood sugar levels. Please do not start either without a specialist's supervision.
