Do weight loss patches work?
I'm looking for a convenient way to support my weight loss journey and came across weight loss patches. Before trying them, I wanted to know if weight loss patches actually work, or if it's just a waste of money.

From a medical standpoint, transdermal absorption of fat-burning ingredients is highly doubtful and not backed by clinical trials. Most of these patches just contain caffeine or green tea extract which won't do much through the skin. Save your money and work on a calorie-deficit plan.
These patches are priced so high, it makes no sense. I would suggest spending that money on a good CBC and thyroid profile test at a local government-approved lab. Getting the actual root cause figured out is much more budget-friendly in the long run.
I always believe in home remedies like warm water with honey and lemon, or drinking fenugreek water. These synthetic skin patches look very unnatural to me. However, if your weight gain is sudden and accompanied by fatigue, please see a qualified doctor instead of trying home tips.
I spent a lot on these patches before realizing my weight gain was actually due to hypothyroidism. Once I got my TSH tested and started the correct medicine prescribed by my doctor, my weight began to stabilize. Please get a proper diagnosis first.
I know how depressing it feels when you try everything and the scale just doesn't move, making you want to grab any random patch or pill online. I have been there and felt that desperation. But please don't fall for these; they only lead to more disappointment and self-blame.

Haan na, even I saw so many videos on Instagram and felt like buying them once. But honestly, my friend tried it and nothing happened, absolute waste of time and money. Ghar ka khana and normal walking is the best option.
