Do we all have cancer cells in our body?

Someone at my office was talking about how every human body naturally has some cancer cells. It made me quite anxious to hear that. Can you please confirm if this is actually a known fact?

Bro, don't worry. I asked my biologist friend this same question because I was paranoid. He said our bodies make faulty cells daily but our immune system immediately kills them off. It's totally normal.

Instead of stressing over internet theories, a basic annual health checkup package costs around 1500 to 2500 rupees. It is a much better use of money to get a yearly blood test and doctor consult to stay clear of any worries.

I am just starting to learn about biology and this sounds a bit scary. Does this mean our lifestyle can trigger these normal abnormal cells to turn into actual illness, or does it depend on our genetics?

While our bodies handle abnormal cells daily, we shouldn't become careless. I once ignored a growing lump thinking my body would handle it, which was a huge mistake. If you notice any unusual changes, please get them checked by a doctor immediately.

Whenever I have such deep medical doubts, I ask the specialists at Max Hospital during my checkups. It is always better to get clear answers from a qualified doctor instead of trying to decode medical terms online.

Having just completed my treatment, I can tell you that abnormal cells are common, but healthy habits keep our immune system strong to fight them. Trust your doctors, focus on nutrition, and don't let Google search results terrify you.

My oncologist colleague clarified that while cell mutations happen daily, they are not the same as having cancer. The immune system is highly efficient at targeting and destroying these cells. True cancer only develops if these defense mechanisms fail entirely.

Our bodies are complex machines. I manage my high BP with regular exercise and a low-salt diet, which also keeps my immune system strong to clear out any bad cells. Just focus on a clean lifestyle and regular medical checkups.
