Do vibration plates work for weight loss?

I'm thinking about buying a vibration plate to help me get back in shape after my pregnancy. Before I invest, I wanted to know, do vibration plates work for weight loss effectively?

No, vibration plates are not effective for losing weight. Only diet control and active exercise work.

I tried it at my local gym for a month. Honestly, it's just a gimmick for weight loss; it only makes your body shake but doesn't burn any real fat. Save your energy for actual lifting.

Please be careful with these. The heavy vibrations caused severe lower back pain and joint inflammation for me. If you have any bone or joint issues, consult a doctor before using them.

Haan na, these machines are just for show, actually. Maine bhi use kiya tha par thoda bhi farak nahi pada. Normal walking aur dahi-bhaat kam khana hi best hai weight loss ke liye!

Vibration plates don't have enough scientific backing for fat loss. If your health permits, try adding 30 minutes of brisk walking or basic yoga daily, which is much better for long-term health.

I completely understand how frustrating it is when you're desperate to lose weight and want something to just work. I spent so much money on these shortcuts only to feel disappointed in myself, but real, slow lifestyle changes are what actually helped me.

In my younger days, we had similar belts that promised to melt fat. None of them worked then, and none of them work now. Trust your own feet, go for regular walks, and eat simple home-cooked meals.
