Do vibrating weight loss machines work?

I saw an advertisement for a vibrating weight loss machine, claiming it helps shed kilos effortlessly. I'm a bit skeptical, but also curious; do vibrating weight loss machines really work?

I panicked and bought one of those belts online last year thinking it would melt my belly fat overnight. It did absolutely nothing for weight loss, but it did help soothe my sore leg muscles after a long day, so it wasn't a total waste!

If shaking could make us thin, we'd all be fitness models just from riding on bumpy auto-rickshaw roads! Honestly, these machines don't work for fat loss. You are better off dancing in your room for free.

I used a vibration platform at my gym for three months. In my experience, it helped slightly with my balance and warmed up my muscles before a workout, but I didn't see any actual weight loss until I changed my diet.

I am sitting here at 2 AM looking at my dusty vibration plate in the corner. Save your money, guys. The only thing it shook was my confidence, definitely not my weight. Proper sleep and less late-night snacking work way better.

There are no shortcuts to weight loss, especially if you are managing diabetes like me. These vibrating machines cannot replace the benefits of active walking and a strict low-carb diet to keep your blood sugar and weight under control.
