Honestly, I had this same massive scare last year when I was recovering from a major health issue and started checking my vitals every minute. I ended up reading so many research papers out of panic. These watches use non-ionizing radiation which is totally different from harmful X-rays, so there is really no link to cancer. You can wear it without overthinking, just don't let the notifications stress you out.

No, beta, they do not cause such big illnesses. These are just modern gadgets using very low frequency signals. Still, I always say that keeping technology a bit away from your body at night is a good habit. Try to sleep without any watches or phones nearby, and drink a glass of warm haldi doodh before sleeping instead of relying too much on sleep tracking apps.

I keep wearing my smartwatch to track my daily steps and sleep because of my thyroid issues, and my doctor actually supports it. There is absolutely no scientific proof that these devices cause cancer, so you can relax. Instead of worrying about this, focus on getting your routine yearly blood tests done to keep a check on your actual health parameters.

Yaar, please don't believe these WhatsApp forwards. If smartwatches caused cancer, half the world population would be in trouble by now. It is just bluetooth and basic sensors, completely harmless. Wear it for your workouts and stop stressing over nothing, seriously.

Listen, calm down and don't read too much random stuff on the internet. Smartwatches are completely safe and they don't emit any harmful radiation that can cause cancer. Just make sure you take it off at night if it irritates your skin, and don't let the health tracking make you anxious. Relax, you are absolutely fine.
