Do sauna suits work for weight loss?

I saw someone at the gym using a sauna suit and they swear by it for weight loss. Do sauna suits actually work for losing weight, or is it just a temporary effect? I'm looking for real results.

Bro, dont fall for those gym reels. Sauna suits just make u sweat like crazy, which is only water weight. The second u drink water, it all comes back, so it is basically useless for actual fat loss.

It only helps with temporary water loss and can make you very tired. Please take care and don't push your body too hard with these heavy suits.

Honestly yaar, it actually just dehydrates you. I tried it for a week and felt so dizzy and weak during my workout. It's better to just wear normal gym clothes and focus on your calorie deficit.

My doctor at Aster explicitly warned me against using sauna suits because they can lead to severe dehydration and heat exhaustion. If you want a safe weight loss plan, please consult a certified nutritionist at a reputed clinic instead.

Yeh sab fancy suits pe paise barbaad mat karo. Hamare ghar ka khana thoda kam karke aur roz subah ek ghanta tez chalne se hi vajan kam hota hai. Sasta aur sabse surakshit tarika yahi hai.

If you are short on time, focusing on meal prep and a consistent 30-minute high-intensity workout is much better than sweating in a sauna suit. Don't waste your energy on temporary water weight fixes.

In my seventy years, I have seen so many fitness fads come and go. These plastic suits only make you uncomfortable and dehydrated. Trust the old ways of eating wholesome, timely meals and staying active naturally.
