Do red light therapy hats work for hair loss?

My barber recommended I look into red light therapy hats for my receding hairline. I'm a bit skeptical about these new treatments. Do red light therapy hats work for hair loss, or is there not much scientific evidence for them?

Our body has its own natural healing intelligence. While you can try these modern light hats, also keep your mind positive and free of stress, as stress is the biggest reason for hair fall.

I have tried onion juice, curry leaves, and even expensive serums. These red light hats only work if you also take proper vitamins and keep your scalp clean, they are not a magic fix.

Actually yaar, there is so much hype about these hats online. They do stimulate blood flow, but don't expect them to magically regrow hair on completely bald spots.

Low-level laser therapy does have clinical backing for hair density. However, my dermatologist told me it only works as an adjuvant therapy alongside minoxidil or finasteride, not as a standalone solution.

No device can replace overall body health. Make sure your daily physical activity and blood circulation are good, and consult your doctor before investing in these high-end gadgets.

I used one of these hats for 4 months and honestly, it is too much effort for very little result. It is better to just save your money and visit a proper skin doctor.
