Do natural flavors cause cancer?

I try to eat healthy and check food labels for artificial ingredients. Many products list 'natural flavors', but I'm unsure what that actually means. Can natural flavors cause cancer, or are they generally safe?

I track all my food ingredients on my app, and natural flavors are basically standard extracts from real food sources. There is no scientific evidence linking them to cancer, so you can safely log your favorite flavored healthy foods.

Don't believe all the fear-mongering you see on social media reels. If these standard, approved food ingredients actually caused cancer, regulatory bodies wouldn't permit them; check with a qualified oncologist or doctor before panicking.

In our family, we always prefer fresh, home-cooked food made with natural spices and herbs. Still, our family doctor reassured us that commercial natural flavors are safe in moderate amounts and don't cause major illnesses.

No need to worry at all! Natural flavors are just derived from real food ingredients like fruits, spices, and herbs to make things taste a bit better. Keep enjoying your food without any stress!

I used to read food labels and literally panic about every single additive, thinking it would make me sick. But after researching properly, I realized natural flavors are just highly concentrated plant or fruit extracts and are perfectly fine.

These flavors undergo very strict safety testing before they can be added to our food. While eating whole, unprocessed food is always best, having foods with natural flavors occasionally is not going to cause severe harm.

I am actually very new to reading food ingredients, and this is making me a bit nervous. Does this mean even things like packaged mango juices with natural flavors are completely safe to consume daily?

Nah man, they don't cause cancer. They are just highly purified versions of normal plant extracts. I drink whey protein with natural flavors every day and it is perfectly safe.

Haan, log internet par kuch bhi share karke dara dete hain na. Natural flavors bas natural sources se hi extract hote hain, toh cancer ka koi darr nahi hai, chill karo!
