Do laser caps work for hair loss?

My hair has been thinning quite noticeably lately, and I'm looking for solutions. I saw an advertisement for laser caps claiming to help with hair loss. Do these laser caps actually work, or are they just a gimmick?

Honestly, I used one of those expensive laser caps for six months and didn't see any magical hair growth. It only made my hair look slightly thicker, but for actual hair fall control, you need proper doctor-prescribed serums.

I totally get it, losing hair can be so stressful and makes you want to try every new gadget out there. Laser caps can help with blood flow, but they might not work for everyone. Take a deep breath and maybe talk to a dermatologist first.

Before spending on high-tech devices like laser caps, we should look at internal health first. Poor nutrition or stress can cause hair loss just like diabetes does. Ensure your diet is rich in proteins and vitamins first.

I panicked so much when my hair started thinning and almost bought a laser cap overnight. But my doctor explained it was just temporary shedding from stress. It stopped on its own, so don't rush into buying expensive gadgets immediately!

I actually had great results with red light therapy, but only when I combined it with a proper scalp routine. The cap alone won't do much if your hair follicles are already completely dead, so keep your expectations realistic.

Those laser caps cost a fortune, easily 20,000 to 40,000 rupees. Honestly, it is much better to visit a good dermatologist for 500 rupees first and get a simple blood test done to see if you have any deficiency.
