Do knee compression sleeves work for arthritis?

My knees have been aching quite a bit lately due to arthritis, especially in the mornings. A neighbor suggested trying knee compression sleeves. Do knee compression sleeves really work for relieving arthritis pain?

Yes, they do provide some warmth and support, but they don't cure arthritis. I wear one during my morning walks to manage joint strain, but keeping my blood pressure and weight in check has helped my knees much more.

They are a very cheap and practical way to get some temporary relief. I bought a basic pair online for 300 rupees, and they really help reduce the swelling when I have to stand for long hours. Just don't expect them to solve the underlying bone issue.

Hey! Knee sleeves are great for mild compression and increasing blood circulation, which helps with the stiffness of arthritis. However, they aren't a replacement for proper medical treatment. Use them as a support tool, not a cure.

I have been dealing with joint wear and tear for fifteen years now. These modern compression sleeves do give good stability and warmth, especially in winters. Wear them when you need to walk, it will make things a bit easier for you.

They seem to help slightly, but does anyone else feel like they get too tight or uncomfortable after a few hours? I am always worried if they are restricting my blood flow instead of helping my arthritis.
