Do infrared belts work for weight loss?

I've seen ads for infrared belts that claim to help with weight loss by burning fat. Do these infrared belts actually work for weight loss, or is it just a marketing gimmick? I'm looking for effective ways to manage my weight.

I bought one of those fancy infrared belts last year hoping for a miracle for my stubborn belly fat. All it did was make me sweat like crazy and give me a nice skin rash. If sweating melted fat, we Indians would all be supermodels just by sitting in the kitchen!

I have high blood pressure and my doctor strictly told me to avoid these heat belts as they can affect circulation. True weight loss only happened for me when I cut down on fried food and started daily evening walks. Please get your BP checked before trying such gadgets.

These modern electronic belts are not good for the body's natural heat balance. In our days, we relied on a simple diet of warm water with lemon and honey in the morning, along with light yoga. Trust the old ways and your daily physical work, not these quick plastic fixes.

Bro, if infrared belts worked, gyms would have shut down by now! It only heats up your skin and makes you lose water weight, which comes back the moment you drink a glass of water. Save your money and buy some good running shoes instead.

I have been seeing a lot of ads for these belts on Instagram and was thinking of buying one. But do they really work or is it just temporary water weight loss? I would love to know if anyone actually lost real weight with them.
