Do hot suits work for weight loss?

I've seen these 'hot suits' being advertised for weight loss, where you sweat a lot during exercise. I'm trying to shed some kilos, so I'm wondering if they're effective. Do hot suits actually work for weight loss, or is it just a gimmick?

Honestly, those suits just make you sweat like crazy and lose water weight, which comes right back once you drink a glass of water. I am too tired from my 6 AM office shifts to deal with dehydration on top of it. Better to just sleep well and eat less sugar.

I totally get it, when you are trying hard to shed weight, you want to try every new gadget and suit available. But please don't fall for this, as it only causes temporary dehydration and can make you feel dizzy. Be kind to your body and stick to natural fat loss.

I once wore heavy sweat gear during workouts ignoring how dizzy and dehydrated I was getting, and ended up fainting. It is not worth risking your kidneys or heart for fake water weight loss. Please consult a qualified fitness trainer or doctor before trying such extreme gear.

From a scientific standpoint, sauna suits do not burn fat; they only increase perspiration which can lead to severe electrolyte imbalance. A sustainable calorie deficit is the only proven way to lose weight. It is always best to consult a registered dietician for a healthy plan.

Maine try kiya tha gym me last year, totally useless hai bro. Heat stroke hone ka chance rehta hai and stamina zero ho jata hai. Normal track pant pehno aur hard cardio karo, short cuts ke chakkar me mat pado.
