Do hair products cause hair loss?

I use a lot of styling products like gel and hairspray almost every day. My barber warned me that using too many chemicals can cause hair fall in the long run. Is it true that hair products can actually lead to hair loss?

With PCOS, my hair is already quite weak and prone to falling out. I noticed that heavy styling gels and sprays definitely made the breakage worse because they dry out the hair shaft. It is better to stick to mild, chemical-free products and consult your dermatologist before trying anything new.

I went through a really dark phase when I started balding in my mid-20s, and I blamed my daily hair wax for everything. It took me a long time to realize it was actually genetics and stress, not just the product. Please don't beat yourself up over using styling products, but do seek medical advice.

Haan na, we see so many ads and buy different waxes and sprays. But they have so many chemicals that damage the scalp over time. Better to keep it natural as much as possible, our traditional hair oiling is best!

Has anyone else noticed their hair falling out right after using dry shampoo? I used it for three days straight last week and now my scalp is super itchy and I am seeing more hair on my pillow. Is this normal or should I be worried?

Bhai, yeh sab baal khade karne wale chemical se baal kamzor hote hi hain. Humare gaon mein toh log thoda sarso ka tel lagate hain aur sabke baal acche rehte hain. Jyada fancy cheezein mat lagao, saade tarike se raho.
