Do hair extensions make your hair fall out?

I've been thinking about getting hair extensions for a while now to add some volume. But one of my cousins said her hair started falling out badly after she got them. Just wanted to know if this is a common issue with extensions.

If you have poor blood circulation or high blood sugar, your hair roots are already weak. Adding heavy hair extensions will only put more pressure and cause them to fall out faster. Focus on a low-carb diet and keep your health metrics in check first.

I freaked out when I saw chunks of hair come out after removing my temporary extensions. But my stylist explained that those were just the normal daily strands we shed naturally that got trapped in the clips. It is totally normal, so don't worry too much!

Traction alopecia is a real medical risk with permanent extensions. If you notice any scalp redness, pain, or thinning near your temples, please consult a dermatologist. Do not ignore these early signs of root damage.

Our hair needs gentle care, not heavy glue and tight clips. Doing daily headstands or simple pranayama improves blood flow to the scalp naturally, which strengthens the roots. Avoid these artificial extensions and let your natural hair flourish.

At my age, I am just happy to have whatever little hair is left on my head! Why play games with extensions and risk losing even that? Keep things simple and accept your natural hair, it saves a lot of headache and money.

Haha, glueing someone else's hair to your head and expecting your scalp to be happy about it is a bit much, na? If you pull them too hard, they will definitely take your real hair along with them as a souvenir. Keep them light and don't sleep in them!

Accepting ourselves as we are brings great peace of mind. While we want to look beautiful for occasions, let us not put our bodies through unnecessary strain with heavy glues. Take care of your health first, everything else is secondary.
