Do guys feel pregnancy symptoms?
My husband has been complaining about nausea and fatigue ever since I got pregnant, almost like he's sharing my symptoms. Can men actually experience pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness, or is it psychological?

When my wife was pregnant, I actually got mild morning sickness and weird food cravings too! It is a real psychological thing called Couvade syndrome where you are so emotionally connected that you mimic her symptoms. Try to stay calm, sleep well, and support each other through this phase.
In our family, elders say that if the husband gets nauseous, it means the bond with the baby is very strong. But realistically, it is usually just stress and late-night eating habits changing during this time. Talk to your family doctor to make sure you are just anxious and it is nothing else.
My husband started feeling very tired and gained weight while I was expecting. We thought it was sympathetic pregnancy, but we did a routine checkup and found his thyroid levels were actually off! Please get a basic blood test done just to rule out any actual health issues.
While sympathetic symptoms are documented, physical discomfort should not be casually brushed off. If you are experiencing constant nausea, fatigue, or stomach pain, visit a good physician at a hospital. Let them evaluate you properly rather than assuming it is just emotional.

I read so much about this when my wife was expecting because my stomach was upset constantly! I was so anxious about becoming a dad that my digestion went totally crazy. If you are worrying a lot, just talk to your partner or a doctor, it really helps calm your nerves.
