Do fajas work for weight loss?

I keep seeing these 'faja' products online, marketed for weight loss and body shaping. I'm curious if they truly live up to the hype. Do fajas actually work for weight loss, or are they just a temporary cosmetic solution?

Honestly, fajas only give a temporary shape under tight clothes, they don't actually burn fat. It is much better to focus on home-cooked food, light walks, and warm ajwain water in the morning. Also, wearing them too tight can compress your organs and cause severe breathing issues or stomach pain, and if that happens, please don't ignore it and see a doctor immediately.

I tried using a waist trainer and faja last year thinking it would help reduce my belly. Honestly, it just made me sweat excessively and gave me bad skin rashes. The moment I took it off, my body was back to normal shape. Real fat loss only happened when I actually started caloric deficit and hit the gym.

My daughter bought one of these online last semester because she was conscious about her weight. She wore it for hours and ended up with severe acidity and breathing issues. I had to strictly tell her to stop. Please don't go for these shortcut methods, regular home food and active lifestyle is the only safe way.

Please don't stress yourself with these uncomfortable belts. Real weight loss takes time and gentle patience. Just focus on small, healthy habits every day and your body will respond well.

They only make you look slim for a party, guys! It is just water weight that you lose from sweating under that tight fabric. Once you drink a glass of water, it all comes back. Better to enjoy your workouts and eat clean! 🌸
