Do exosomes work for hair loss?

Dealing with hair loss for a while now, which is quite frustrating, I recently came across 'exosome therapy' being talked about as a treatment. Do exosomes really work effectively for treating hair loss, or is it still a very new and unproven method?

I have been losing so much hair lately and looked up exosomes, but the thought of injections makes me so nervous! What if there are long-term side effects we don't know about yet? If anyone has tried it, please share if it's safe.

Beta, these modern machine treatments sound very complicated. Our traditional way of regular head massage with amla and bhringraj oil is much safer for the hair roots. Always try natural ways first before going for chemical injections.

These advanced therapies like exosomes are very expensive and still quite new. For average folks, simple solutions like eating a protein-rich diet, sleeping well, and using doctor-prescribed hair serum are much more practical and budget-friendly.

Don't panic about the hair fall, it happens to the best of us due to stress or water quality. Exosome therapy is showing good results in clinics, but it's not a magic cure. Go talk to a proper dermatologist who can guide you without overcharging you.

Look, let's be real. Exosomes are the latest trend in clinics and they cost a bomb. They might give some results, but if your lifestyle and diet are bad, nothing will save your hair. Fix your sleep and food first, then think about these high-tech treatments.
