Do edibles damage liver?

I've read mixed things online about edibles and their impact on health. Specifically, I'm concerned about my liver. Do edibles damage the liver, and what does the science say about it?

I totally understand your worry, liver health is something that used to keep me up at night too. But medically, minor or occasional use doesn't cause damage. If you're still stressed, a simple LFT blood test can give you peace of mind.

Haan na, log thoda zyada hi ghabra jaate hain. Occasional use se kuch nahi hota re. Bas limit me rakho toh liver bilkul safe rahega, chill karo.

Hey, don't worry! Occasional indulgence won't harm your liver. Just make sure you are eating healthy on other days and drinking enough water to keep your system clean.

Bro, my college group was debating this last week. Unless you are literally living on them every single day, your liver is perfectly fine. Don't stress about it.

They don't cause sudden damage, but any processed substance puts some load on the liver. I always have a cup of warm water with lemon in the morning to keep my liver clean naturally. Try to keep your consumption minimal.
