Do edibles cause hair loss?

I've noticed my hair thinning a bit lately, and I'm trying to figure out possible causes. I do use edibles sometimes. Can edibles cause hair loss, or is that unlikely?

Agree with most people here, there is no direct link to hair fall. Just focus on a protein-rich diet and keeping your scalp clean.

With PCOS, I experience severe hormonal hair fall, and I noticed any substance that alters my sleep or stress levels makes it worse. While they might not directly cause hair loss, they can affect your hormonal balance indirectly, so be careful.

Direct hair loss isn't a proven side effect. But if you are using them often, it might affect your motivation levels for physical activity. Daily exercise and walking are great for blood circulation, which actually promotes healthy hair growth.

I don't think they cause hair fall, but if your hair is thinning, it is usually due to poor nutrition or stress. Try applying lukewarm onion juice or pure amla oil on your scalp twice a week, it works wonders.

Haha, if they caused baldness, half of my college group would be wearing wigs by now! Don't worry, your hair is safe, just don't stress yourself into losing hair over this.

There is no pharmacological link between oral cannabinoids and hair follicle damage. If you are experiencing sudden patch baldness, it could be alopecia or a nutritional deficiency, so consult a dermatologist instead.

I freaked out when I saw extra hair in my brush after a weekend trip where I had some. But then my doc reassured me it was just my normal seasonal shedding. It has nothing to do with what you consumed.

My hair is falling out purely because of late-night work shifts and crying over PPTs. Edibles are definitely not the culprit here, my friend. We just need better sleep!

No link at all. Hair quality depends on your daily protein intake, iron levels, and basic hygiene. Keep lifting weights, eat clean, and don't blame your hair fall on this.

Listen, don't stress too much about this. Hair fall is mostly due to our terrible sleep schedules and work pressure, not because of occasional edibles. Take a deep breath and relax!
