Do derma rollers work for hair loss?

I've been noticing significant hair thinning recently, and I saw some videos online about derma rollers being used for hair loss. Do these rollers actually work to promote hair growth, or are they mostly just a trend? I'm looking for effective solutions.

In the clinic I visit, the dermatologist said microneedling can help stimulate hair growth when combined with proper medical lotions. Please ask a skin doctor clearly before trying it yourself.

Don't stress too much about the hair fall, buddy! Derma rollers can work, but doing it yourself at home might cause infections. Just go see a dermatologist first to get the proper guidance.

It is basically poking your head with tiny needles to wake up the lazy hair roots! It does work for some, but don't do it too hard or you'll end up looking like a pincushion!

Please be very careful. If you don't sterilize the roller properly, you can get a severe scalp infection which will cause even more hair loss. Get it checked by a specialist who can do it safely.

My grandmother suggests bhringraj oil, but for male pattern baldness, modern methods like derma rollers do have scientific backing. I recommend consulting a qualified dermatologist to see if it is suitable for your scalp type.
