Do apples make your hair fall out?

I've been experiencing significant hair fall recently, and I'm trying to identify potential causes, including my diet. I eat apples regularly. Can consuming apples actually contribute to hair loss, or is it unlikely?

Apples are actually very good for your scalp health, so they won't cause hair fall at all. But if you have heavy hair loss, try using amla or bhringraj oil, and see a dermatologist if it doesn't stop.

In all my years, I have never heard of anyone losing hair because of eating fruits. In fact, eating fresh apples keeps your whole body and skin glowing. Don't worry about such rumors.

There is absolutely no medical link between eating apples and losing hair. If you are experiencing sudden, heavy hair fall, please go to a good clinic to check for iron or thyroid deficiencies.

I used to blame random foods like sour fruits for my hair fall and ignored it. It turned out to be severe vitamin D deficiency and hormonal imbalance. Get a proper blood checkup done immediately before it's too late.

No, absolutely not. Apples are rich in vitamins and actually help improve hair and skin quality.
