Do any weight loss supplements work?

My fitness journey has been a bit slow, and sometimes I feel like I need an extra push. There are so many weight loss supplements available online and in stores. I'm wondering if any of them genuinely work and are worth trying, or if it's better to stick to just diet and exercise.

I wasted 3000 rupees on apple cider vinegar pills and green tea extracts last year. Honestly, they did absolutely nothing for me until I actually started controlling my dinner portions and walking.

I totally get it, trying to lose weight can be so frustrating that we want to try anything that promises help. But please don't fall for these expensive powders, they only drain your wallet and cause unnecessary stress.

I was struggling with weight for years and thought supplements would help, but it turned out my thyroid levels were completely off. Please get a simple blood test done and consult your doctor before taking any random pills.

Medical science shows that most commercial weight loss supplements have zero scientific backing. If you feel you have a sluggish metabolism, it's best to consult an endocrinologist to rule out hormonal issues first.

Many of these weight loss supplements contain stimulants that can dangerously spike your blood pressure. Please get your BP checked regularly and stick to safe, doctor-approved lifestyle changes instead.

I was thinking of buying those Garcinia Cambogia capsules because I am unable to lose weight after my delivery. Has anyone here tried them? I'm really scared of getting heart palpitations or other stomach issues.

Trust me, the only supplement that truly works is self-discipline! Save that money for fresh fruits and a good gym membership, it will give you much better results.

Supplements like whey protein can help keep you full, and some vitamins are good if you have deficiencies. But there is no approved OTC supplement that directly melts body fat safely, so don't believe those tall claims.

Don't let these fitness influencers fool you into buying expensive pill bottles. Your health is far too precious to experiment with unregulated powders. Just focus on consistent, home-cooked, balanced meals.

Bro, my gym trainer tried to sell me some fat burner supplements, but I researched online and found they just contain high caffeine. Better to just drink a black coffee before your workout, it is way cheaper.

My uncle suggested many herbal powders for weight reduction, but my doctor advised against them because they can overload the kidneys. He said simple home food like rasam, brown rice, and vegetables is best.

With PCOS, our hormones are already sensitive, and random weight supplements can make insulin resistance worse. I found that managing my sleep and eating a high-protein, low-carb diet under my doctor's advice worked much better.

I have tried methi seeds, jeera water, and so many weight loss teas over the years. They help slightly with digestion, but real weight loss only happened when I stopped eating heavy fried foods and started walking daily.

I've been looking up studies on L-Carnitine and CLA supplements recently. Most research says they only show minor results in laboratory settings, not much difference in real life unless your diet is extremely strict.

I tried some fat-burning tea once and the only thing it did was make me run to the washroom every hour. No weight loss, just pure dehydration and zero sleep!
