Do any hair loss treatments actually work?

I've been struggling with hair loss for a few years now, and I've tried so many different oils and remedies suggested by family. With all the products out there, I'm genuinely curious: do any hair loss treatments actually show real, lasting results?

I have spent half my life trying different oils and pastes. Take it from me, if baldness is in your family genes, nothing will fully stop it, but a healthy lifestyle can definitely slow it down. Don't waste lakhs on magic cures.

Regular blood circulation is key for hair roots. Doing Balayam (nail rubbing) and Sarvangasana daily, along with a stress-free mind, has worked beautifully for my hair health over the years.

Yes, medically proven treatments like Minoxidil and Finasteride work, but you have to use them consistently under a dermatologist's guidance.

At this point, I think only a good cap works 100% of the time! Jokes aside, my doctor's prescription did stop my hair fall, but the moment I stopped using it, the hair fall came back with a vengeance.

Don't buy random Instagram hair serums, they are a waste of time. Book an appointment with a real dermatologist, get a blood test to check your vitamin D3 and B12, and follow their prescription strictly.

Oils only condition your hair, they don't grow new hair from dead follicles. Only medical treatments like PRP sessions or transplant work if the hair loss is advanced. Save your money and go to a certified clinic.
