Do alanis cause weight gain?

Something called 'Alanis' was recently recommended to me for my general wellness, but I'm quite conscious about my weight. Do these usually cause weight gain as a side effect? I want to be sure before I start taking them.

If you mean Alani Nu energy drinks, they are usually sugar-free, so they won't directly cause weight gain. But as a diabetic, I always suggest checking the label for artificial sweeteners which can sometimes trigger food cravings.

I drink Alani energy drinks before my workouts. They have like 10 calories, so there's no way they make you gain weight unless you are eating extra junk along with them.

Weight gain only happens if your total daily calories are high. Since these drinks have almost zero sugar, they won't affect your weight. Just don't make them a daily habit.

These modern packaged drinks have too many chemicals and artificial sweeteners. If you want energy, try drinking fresh coconut water or nimbu paani at home, it is much healthier.
