Did jelly roll have weight loss surgery?

I've noticed Jelly Roll's amazing weight loss transformation, and it's really inspiring. I was wondering if he achieved this through weight loss surgery, or if it was diet and exercise? I'm trying to lose weight myself, so I'm curious about the different approaches people take.

Honestly, I am so sleep-deprived that even thinking about going up a flight of stairs feels like surgery. But to answer your question, no, Jelly Roll hasn't had bariatric surgery. He has been losing weight the hard way through intense diet, walking, and working out with a trainer.

Actually, he hasn't had any surgery! 🌟 He has been sharing his natural weight loss journey of losing over 70 pounds through healthy eating and regular exercise. It is so inspiring to see him work hard! 💪

He chose the natural route, which is great. I actually underwent gastric bypass surgery a few years ago and faced severe post-op nutritional deficiencies and complications. If you are considering any weight loss surgery, please consult multiple top surgeons and understand all the risks thoroughly first.

No surgery for him, he is doing it with diet and exercise. Honestly, for we middle-class folks, expensive surgeries are out of budget anyway. Just walking 45 minutes daily and cutting down on sugar and outside oily food works wonders if you are consistent.

He didn't have surgery, but he started focusing on his health because his weight was causing severe breathing and mobility issues. I once ignored my own rising weight and high BP until I had a major health crisis. Don't wait for a disaster; get your blood tests and checkups done today.

He did not undergo surgery, he is managing it step-by-step. In my 60 years of life, I have realized that slow and steady lifestyle changes are much more lasting than any quick-fix operation. Just take it one day at a time, eat simple home-cooked food, and stay active.
