Can you use crest white strips during pregnancy?

I really want to whiten my teeth before my baby arrives, but I'm being cautious with everything. I usually use Crest White Strips. Is it safe to use Crest White Strips during pregnancy, or should I wait?

I wanted to whiten my teeth before my baby shower and asked my dentist about Crest strips. She strictly advised me to wait until after delivery because pregnancy makes your gums extra sensitive and bleeding is common. Trust me, just stick to normal brushing for now.

I know how hard it is when you just want to feel like your normal self and look good during pregnancy, but you keep worrying about every little chemical. It is really exhausting to second-guess everything. Please check with your dentist to get peace of mind.

Hey! Pregnancy hormones already make our gums so sensitive and prone to bleeding. Crest strips use peroxide which can irritate them even more right now. Maybe hold off on the whitening strips until your little one arrives!

Your baby won't care if your teeth are sparkling white or slightly yellowish, honestly! Better to avoid those chemical strips for a few months and save yourself from the gum sensitivity. Enjoy the pregnancy glow instead!

Crest white strips contain hydrogen peroxide. While systemic absorption is very low, the main issue is pregnancy gingivitis which makes your gums very vulnerable to irritation from whitening agents. It is best to consult your dentist first.

Dekho, cosmetic cheezein thode din baad bhi ho sakti hain. Pregnancy me faltu chemicals use karne ka koi faida nahi hai. Apne dentist se poocho aur simple teeth cleaning karwa lo agar zaroori hai toh.
