Can you take pepto during pregnancy?

I'm about two months pregnant and dealing with a lot of morning sickness and an upset stomach. My friend suggested Pepto Bismol for the nausea. Just wondering if it's safe to take during pregnancy, ya nahi?

My wife had bad acidity during her pregnancy and she wanted to take Pepto. Our doc clearly said a big no to it because of some active ingredients in it. Better to avoid it totally and ask your gynecologist for a safe alternative.

Instead of chemical syrups like Pepto which can be unsafe during pregnancy, try natural remedies. Drinking cold organic milk or chewing a few fennel seeds after meals works wonders for digestion. Always consult your doctor before swallowing any over-the-counter medicines.

I completely understand how terrifying it feels when you have intense stomach issues and worry about what is safe for the baby. I also panicked during my pregnancy, but my doctor advised against taking Pepto. Please don't stress, just give your clinic a call and they will help you with a safe prescription.

Don't worry too much, stomach issues are super common during these months. But please keep Pepto away for now as it is generally not recommended during pregnancy. Just talk to your doctor and they will give you something completely safe for both you and the baby.

I had a lot of nausea and burning sensations in my stomach during both my pregnancies. I strictly stayed away from Pepto and instead drank fresh coconut water and ate small, frequent meals. Try these gentle home methods first, and definitely consult your doctor for a proper checkup.
