Can you start feeling pregnancy symptoms after a week?

My period is due in about a week, and I've been feeling unusually tired and a bit nauseous for the past two days. Could these actually be early pregnancy symptoms, or is it too soon to feel anything just a week after conception?

Yes, some women do notice very early hormonal changes or implantation signs within a week.

While it is possible to feel early signs due to a sudden rise in progesterone, it's often hard to tell them apart from regular PMS symptoms. I'd suggest waiting another week and doing a home pregnancy test for a clear answer.

My wife started feeling super fatigued and slightly nauseous just a week after conception. We thought it was too early, but a blood test later confirmed she was indeed pregnant. It definitely happens.

After a week, your mind can play a lot of tricks on you, especially if you are actively trying to conceive. Better to hold your horses and wait for your missed period before buying those baby clothes.

Haan beta, some women have very sensitive bodies and can feel heavy or tired very early. Drink warm milk, take proper rest, and get a checkup done when your date is missed.

It's quite common to feel bloated or tired early on due to shifting hormones. Don't stress yourself out thinking about it too much; just take it easy, eat well, and do a urine test in a few days.
