Instead of chemical sprays that you might inhale, why not just use normal skin moisturizers or wait for a few months? It is a simpler, cheaper, and much safer way to avoid any chemical risks for the baby.
I just delivered last month! My doctor told me that DHA in spray tans isn't absorbed deeply into the skin, but inhaling the mist during application is the real risk. I chose to use a self-tanning lotion at home instead.
My sister wanted to get a spray tan before her baby shower, but she decided against it because she was worried about inhaling the fumes. She just went with a natural look and was very happy.
With all the pregnancy glow people talk about, do you really need a spray tan? I'd say skip the chemical fumes for now and save that money for the mountain of diapers you are going to buy soon.
Since hormonal changes during pregnancy make your skin super sensitive, spray tans might cause unexpected rashes or patchiness. I'd suggest being extra cautious and doing a patch test, or better, asking your gynac.
