Can you spot during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and sometimes I notice light brown or pinkish spots. My older sister said it's normal, but I'm still anxious. Is it common to spot during pregnancy, and when should I be concerned?

My body threw so many surprises at me during my pregnancies, including some light spotting. But don't sit and guess on the internet. Call your gynaecologist and let them do the worrying instead.

We studied in health class that light spotting can happen when the egg attaches. But honestly, any bleeding during pregnancy sounds scary, so it's probably best to ask a real doctor right away.

My wife had some light pink spotting in her first month and we panicked. The doctor told us implantation bleeding is common, but warned us to watch out for heavy bleeding or pain. Definitely get it checked to be sure.

Please keep your mind calm and positive during this beautiful journey. Light spotting can happen naturally, but always check with your doctor to ensure everything is safe and healthy for the baby.
