Can you have food poisoning without fever?

I ate something suspicious last night, and now I'm having stomach cramps and nausea. I thought it might be food poisoning, but I haven't developed any fever. Can you still get food poisoning without having a temperature?

Yes, absolutely. You don't always need a fever for food poisoning; sometimes your body just wants to flush out the toxins quickly through vomiting or loose motions. Skip your workouts for a couple of days, sip on coconut water and ORS, and let your digestive system recover.

Yes, food poisoning can occur without a fever. I usually log my hydration and symptoms on my fitness app, and when I had food poisoning last year, my temperature stayed completely normal. Just focus on replacing lost fluids with electrolytes to prevent dehydration.

Oh, absolutely! I got terrible stomach cramps after eating some roadside chaat last month, but zero fever. It was so sad because I couldn't eat anything tasty for three days. Stick to plain curd rice and bananas until your tummy behaves again.

Yes, definitely. I had bad nausea and diarrhea after eating out last week, but my temperature was totally fine. It is still food poisoning, so please don't push yourself. Just rest, drink plenty of water, and eat light home-cooked meals.

Yes, you can, but please be careful. Even without a fever, severe vomiting or diarrhea can dehydrate you very quickly. If you are unable to keep any liquids down or feel extremely dizzy, please visit a clinic instead of waiting it out at home.

Yes, it is possible. But please don't start taking random antibiotics or heavy anti-diarrhea pills on your own just because you don't have a fever. Let a doctor evaluate your symptoms properly and advise the correct course of action.

Yes, I am going through this right now. My stomach is cramping badly and I feel so weak, but no fever. Did anyone else feel really cold and nauseous without actually running a temperature? I hope it goes away by tomorrow.
