Can you have colon cancer with no symptoms?

My neighbour recently found out she had colon cancer, and she said she didn't have any major symptoms at all until it was quite advanced. This has made me worried. Can someone have colon cancer developing inside them without showing any noticeable signs or symptoms?

I had absolutely zero symptoms, no pain, no bleeding, and was active daily. It was only caught during a routine health check colonoscopy. Please don't wait for symptoms to show up before getting screened.

Yes, absolutely. Colon cancer is famous for being silent in the early stages, which is why routine screening is so important.

Actually yaar, colon cancer can be totally silent in the beginning. Log sochte hain ki pain hoga tabhi doctor ke paas jayenge, but that is wrong. Regular screening is a must after a certain age.

Hey, don't stress too much! Yes, it can sometimes have no symptoms, but that doesn't mean you should start worrying. Just talk to a friendly doc and see if you need a routine checkup done.

Yes, it is very possible. For your safety, please do not ignore this possibility. Consult a gastroenterologist and get a stool test or colonoscopy done if you are at risk.

Yes, it can happen without warning signs. The simplest solution is to get an annual health package that includes a stool test. It is affordable and catches things early without wasting too much money.

Honestly, between my late-night shifts and terrible sleep, I wouldn't even notice minor symptoms. But yes, colon cancer can be totally asymptomatic early on. So get checked instead of relying on how you feel.

I panicked so much thinking I had it because of some minor bloating, but my doctor reassured me and did a test which was normal. Yes, it can be silent, but don't stress yourself to death. Just get a routine test done to clear your mind.

Yes, early-stage colon cancer often shows nothing. If you are above 45 or have a family history, don't wait. Block 2 hours of your busy weekend and schedule a colonoscopy; it's the most practical way to be sure.

Yes, it can run completely silent while you are happily enjoying your daily meals. That is why we shouldn't assume we are fine just because our stomach and appetite feel great. Get screened regularly!
