Can you get signs of pregnancy after a week?

I'm trying to conceive and am very eager to know if I'm pregnant. It's been about a week since we tried. Could I potentially feel any early signs of pregnancy already, or is it too soon to expect anything?

At our hospital, the doctors always advise waiting for at least a missed period before doing a test. While implantation can happen around a week after conception, symptoms are usually very mild or non-existent. It is best to ask your doctor for a beta-hCG blood test for accurate results.

Actually yaar, my wife felt super tired and bloated just a week after, but we weren't sure if it was PMS or pregnancy. It turns out it can be either, so don't stress yourself out too early.

I personally felt some light cramping and mild breast tenderness about a week after my ovulation, which turned out to be early signs for me. But every woman's body reacts differently, so it is hard to say for sure.

I am feeling so anxious right now. It has been a week and I have this weird metallic taste in my mouth and mild nausea. Did anyone else experience this so early, or am I just imagining things because of stress?

In our family, elders say that slight changes in appetite can start early, but we always trust a proper clinical test. It is much safer to wait another week and consult your gynecologist to be absolutely sure.
